AMilliProductions provides professional video production services on a project basis. All project details, pricing, and deliverables will be agreed upon in a separate written agreement or invoice.

2. Payments

Payments are handled via invoices sent directly to clients. No payments are collected through this website. Payment terms (including due dates, deposits, and late fees) will be outlined in the invoice or contract for each project.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Clients will own the final delivered video(s) upon full payment.
AMilliProductions retains the right to display completed projects, in whole or in part, for marketing and portfolio purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality services, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, AMilliProductions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws and courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
